Reaching Out Across the Barriers: Seeking Wisdom for Reconciliation in the Book of Exodus

It is uncomfortable living in such a polarized time with tensions rising even within families and among old friends. Jewish tradition is very rich in thinking about facing conflicts honestly without tearing the fabric of relationships. Based on his book, Torah of Reconciliation, Rabbi Shelly Lewis will guide us through the Torah portions of the Book of Exodus, searching for pathways to reconciliation.

The class will take place on consecutive Thursday evenings from January 7 to March 11 from 8:00-9:00 PM. Everyone should have a copy of the book, and Rabbi Lewis has copies which cost $20. He can be reached at shellyj.lewis@gmail.com.
