Erin West is an internationally recognized speaker and educator in transnational organized crime as well as the criminal investigation and prosecution of cases involving cryptocurrency. She has served as a Deputy District Attorney in Santa Clara County, California for 26 years and for the past 8 years Ms. West has been assigned to the REACT high tech task force, known for its arrests and prosecutions of SIM-swappers and for the recovery of cryptocurrency. Ms. West founded and leads the Crypto Coalition, a group of more than 1700 local, state, federal and international law enforcement agents who specialize in cryptocurrency investigation. In response to the worldwide scam crisis, Ms. West founded Operation Shamrock, the first global cross-industry information sharing organization focused on uniting the world against transnational organized crime originating in Southeast Asia.
