The High Holidays Through a Lens of Kavanah (Personal Intention)
Wednesday, September 25, 2024 • 22 Elul 5784
1:00 PM - 2:30 PMThe High Holidays Through a Lens of Kavanah (Personal Intention) is an experiential workshop that provides an opportunity for us to pause from usual holiday preparations to explore what Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur offer us on our unique journeys. Looking at our own values and hopes, and working with others in small breakout groups, we will build personal intention into the experience of this important time of renewal. Our goal is to carry the message of the High Holidays with us long beyond the final peal of the shofar.
This workshop is designed and facilitated by Honey Meir-Levi, the founder of Aging with Intention, and the Executive Director of Ronald McDonald House at Stanford for 17 years.
