IN-PERSON:

Please fill out details below about the services you will be attending in-person so we can make sure we have enough seats for everyone.
All in-person services will be at Kol Emeth.

Regardless of vaccination status:

  • Anyone with a fever, respiratory symptoms, or who is aware of potential exposure to a probable or confirmed COVID infection MUST stay home and access programs and services by Zoom for 10 days, even if you are asymptomatic. A negative home COVID antigen test does not override this requirement.

If you are FULLY VACCINATED (have received ALL vaccinations recommended by the CDC: a primary series and, if eligible, a booster.):

  • You are no longer required to wear masks while on the Kol Emeth campus.

If you are NOT FULLY VACCINATED (have NOT received all vaccinations recommended by the CDC: a primary series and, if eligible, a booster):

  • You MUST wear a mask as per proper masking requirements below while indoors at Kol Emeth.
  • You MUST remain outdoors while eating.

Proper masking when required

  • The mask MUST cover BOTH your nose and mouth.
  • Masks should be medical grade, including N95, KN94, KN95, or tight-fitting surgical masks.

Children:

  • All children's programming will be outside and can therefore be unmasked. If anyone, regardless of age, is unvaccinated, they need to remain masked while indoors.
This includes children.
This includes teenagers 8th grade or higher.

Registration for any children (below 8th grade), will be at the bottom of this form.

Just by registering (and being a member), you will receive Zoom links to all of our services. And can feel free to join any/all virtually. There is no need to tell us which services you expect to attend virtually.
