William Safran, Professor Emeritus of Political Science at the University of Colorado Boulder, recently joined Kol Emeth after he and his wife relocated to Palo Alto to be closer to his daughter and son-in-law, KE members Gabriella Safran and Michael Kahan. William is a Holocaust survivor from Dresden, Germany. He recently celebrated his 94th birthday. After immigrating to the US, he built a fascinating career in Political Science that has taken him all over the world.
