About Executive Director Risa Beckwith: Risa’s training and experience as a psychologist and CEO, paired with her public health degree, provide essential background for this unique moment. She will help us balance caring and safety with our eagerness to fully inhabit and develop the potential of our amazing new building.

Risa excels, in her words, at “helping organizations become their best selves” by partnering with staff and key stakeholders to improve processes and successfully manage change. The Board, clergy and staff look forward to working with her to further enhance our community as a place of celebration, spirituality and mutual support, while taking our operations to the next level.
